The things that we love tell us what we are.

I'm a little weak in the brain today, which makes it difficult to come up with my own interesting post. So, while catching up on some reading I found a great post idea over at Confessions of a Tired Supergirl. (I love Sue's blawg. She's a published author, ya know?)

The things that we love tell us what we are. - Thomas Aquinas

So, here's what this tired supergirl is made of:
my 3 little people
1 nerdy, stabilizing husband-man
estate sales (sales of any kind really - yard, clearance...I don't discriminate.)
velvet
gift wrap and stamps
fall clothes, especially as it concerns sweater coats and cardigans
family of all kinds: parent's, twin sister, 2 brothers, etc...
laughs
chocolate
coffee with turbinado & half 'n half
shopping (alone or with another adult)
wasabi green
ballet
bunnies, birds, hearts and stars
Pride & Prejudice
best friends
fabric-cover buttons and other crafting notions
real silver, esp. the kind typically found in kitchens
cottage/european/french design
screen doors
pretty hair barrettes
make-up
mary-jane style shoes and wedge heels
words
Springtime
holding hands
tiny kisses

What are you made of?

Oh, what a great idea and great list, Jodie! I just might have to steal this...my brain has been resistant to coming up with any good original posts recently.

Well, that is a very good quote from Thomas Aquinas. He was such a wise man. That must be where Tante D gets it -- Thomas Aquinas is Tante D's ancestor you know. Don't laugh -- it's a fact. And I'm sure Tante D would be happy to tell you all about it. Anyway --

this is what I'm made of...
the Bug a/k/a A-Dog
Tante D, of course
smooches from either of the above
plates
photographs
Italian and French country design
Italian food
Cajun food
my mama's cookin'
novels
movies
Survivor
The Office
eating out or in with adults
my fellow supper clubbians
Jodie's blog
getting mail or email (but not of the "junk" or "bill" variety)
Christmas

Okay, so I know I'm late, but I finally put together my own list like this.

What can I say? I was inspired! It just took me a couple a days to put my list togethah!
